Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Kuching. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing HR management tasks. The role involves ensuring compliance with company standards, supporting recruitment processes, and enhancing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must have at least 3 years of Human Resources experience.
