Job Description

Responsible for overall company Human Resource activities below: -

  • To Ensure all new hires are onboard in a professional and engaging way.
  • Consolidate and liaise with operation teams on required training, source for training providers, HRDF claims and other training arrangements.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in hard copy (P-File) and digital format (e-Folder).
  • Handling HR administrative tasks, such as data entry to HR Portal, prepare HR related letters, manage background screening for new joiner, group insurance enrolments and deletions, etc.
  • To lead employee engagement activities on monthly basis and company events, i.e. annual dinner, company trip, team building etc.
  • Keeps abreast with new employment laws by attending professional association meetings and /or through reading.
  • To assist HR Manager to facilitates the processing of company Semi-Annual and Annual Performance Review process, including Confirmation and Performance reviews.
  • Responsible for HR reporting and compiles statistical reports and information.
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR reports, i.e. employee listing, headcount report, turnover analysis report and other reports as requested by the supervisor/management.
  • To attend staff disciplinary issues.
  • Responsible for foreign workers work passes including new application, renewal, and cancellation of Employment Pass.
  • Manage day-to-day operations related to HR tasks, such as response to staff enquiries, send calendar reminders on Probation Reviews, 90 dialogues with HR Manager and exit interviews, etc.
  • To undertake other tasks assigned from time to time.

Job requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Human Resource Generalist.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and possess high level of confidentiality
  • Good Command of written and spoken in English
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
