Role Description
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee matters and conduct regular check-ins
- Planning monthly employee engagement, team building and culture-binding activities
- Coordinating internships and recruitment interview scheduling
- Handling monthly payroll outputs, attendance, leave tracking and HR documentation
- Managing onboarding / offboarding processes and maintain employee records
- Tracking KPIs with supervisors and prepare performance reports
- Assisting with disciplinary issues, warning letters and labour law compliance
- Supporting HR policy updates, training and other ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experiences as a Human Resources executive or related fields
- Must be fluent in Mandarin for daily communication purposes
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour law is an advantage
