Human Resources Executive

Role Description

• Acting as the first point of contact for employee matters and conduct regular check-ins
• Planning monthly employee engagement, team building and culture-binding activities 
• Coordinating internships and recruitment interview scheduling
• Handling monthly payroll outputs, attendance, leave tracking and HR documentation
• Managing onboarding / offboarding processes and maintain employee records 
• Tracking KPIs with supervisors and prepare performance reports
• Assisting with disciplinary issues, warning letters and labour law compliance
• Supporting HR policy updates, training and other ad hoc tasks as required 

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experiences as a Human Resources executive or related fields 
• Must be fluent in Mandarin for daily communication purposes
• Strong communication and people skills 
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently 
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour law is an advantage
