Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a diverse range of HR functions, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance review processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related maters and development plans.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Training and Development:

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing professional development programs.

Benefits Administration:

  • Support employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Assist in the management of employee benefits programs and audits.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Good English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
