HR Intern (Entry-Level / Internship)

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern to support HR operations, recruitment coordination, and internal initiatives. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding documentation and employee record management
• Support recruitment activities such as CV screening coordination and interview scheduling
• Maintain HR trackers, databases, and filing systems
• Assist in preparing HR letters and internal documents
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
• Handle basic HR queries and administrative support tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in HR operations and people processes
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with MS Office
