We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) intern to join our HR team for 4-6 months internship who can start from September 2025. The intern will support various HR functions including; Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and other task as and when required. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop skills that will be valuable in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: Support job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and feedback collection.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Assist with onboarding tasks, documentation, and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Help plan HR events, boost morale, and gather feedback to improve workplace culture.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, support payroll processes, and manage HR documentation.
- Learning and Development: Coordinate training sessions, track progress, and prepare training materials and other training related administrative task.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn about different HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
