Position Summary
The HR Intern will assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining talent pipelines. The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations and HR projects, providing a valuable learning experience in talent acquisition and workforce management for emerging professionals.
Working Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang (next to Setia Alam)
You will play an important role to:
1. Candidate Outreach & Sourcing
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates and introduce open roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recruiters.
- Gather and organize resumes for current and future hiring needs.
- Track outreach responses and monitor candidate interest.
2. Recruitment Coordination Support
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers and recruitment data.
- Support candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
3. Project & Ad Hoc Support
- Provide assistance with recruitment projects and other ad hoc HR tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
- Positive personality with an open and adaptable mindset
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
