Key Responsibilities of People Partner Intern, SEA:

Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.

Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process by preparing materials, organizing orientation sessions, and collecting feedback.

Engagement and Culture: Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and positive company culture, such as coordinating events, facilitating surveys, and analyzing feedback.

Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team in coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, reference check and communicating with candidates, as needed.

Performance Management: Assist in coordinating performance management processes such as compiling review documents and other administrative work.

Project Support: Contribute to various HR projects, such as Global Moment initiative, policies and handbook write up, revamp and setup of Employee Self-Service platform for SEA affiliate.

Other Administrative: Ensure the SEA Organizational Chart is kept current to accurately reflect the business structure. Regularly update benefit and leave policies to foster a supportive and positive working environment for employees.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations, particularly in the Southeast Asia market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
