Purpose of the Role:
Assist and support Group Learning & Development operations, e.g. data analytics for L&D reporting, training needs analysis, e-learning portal, in-house & external training and HRDC management and Talent Management and any learning initiatives, e.g. individual development plan (IDP).
Job scope:
• Support talent management initiatives, which includes talent evaluations, reporting and record keeping and individual development plan.
• Assist with the training needs analysis exercise to plan for annual training calendar.
• Assist with the end-to-end training process, for both physical, virtual and e-learning sessions.
• Liaise with training providers, source courses/trainers based on training needs.
• Process documentation for HRDC training grant applications, claims and payments.
• Assist to compile data and prepare training/learning reports.
• Any other tasks as required by Supervisor.
Requirements:
On-going study in Degree in Business Studies (major in Human Resources or any relevant fields).
