Job Functions:
Assist in the management and coordination of Graduate Training Programme and Critical Talent Programme initiatives.
Provide logistical and administrative support for talent program activities, including scheduling, communication, and participant coordination.
Assist in maintaining and updating program documentation, including participant records, feedback forms, and program evaluations.
Assist in collecting, compiling, and organizing data related to talent management initiatives.
Perform basic data analysis to generate insights and trends for program evaluation and decision-making.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings for internal stakeholders.
Support the Talent Management team in coordinating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) migration activities.
Assist in data migration, system testing, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the transition process.
Assisting in providing administrative support in training sessions and communications related to HRIS implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on talent initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing guidance as needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct superior/ HR Manager.
