As the HR Lead, you will report directly to the Country HR Lead and play a key role in supporting Accenture Intelligent Operation Center Malaysia. This includes driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will foster collaboration with business leaders and HR teams, while leading both strategic and operational aspects of the HR function.
- Work on Venture and Acquisition projects to plan integrations, develop talent strategies, and manage employee transitions effectively.
- Lead and oversee talent management initiatives including acquisition, retention, succession planning, employee development, and engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies while providing guidance on HR policy development and governance.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being programs to foster an engaging culture and address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
- Mentor and develop junior HR team members to uphold best practices and contribute to team success.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enable informed decision-making and HR strategy alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role, with expertise in policy development, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and HR compliance practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results.
