Job Description

This role is responsible for HR operations for assigned business unit which includes overseeing of full employee lifecycle, workforce planning, recruitment activities, learning and development and handling disciplinary and grievance matters within the business unit and ensuring of an overall positive workplace culture.

  • g.Lead the performance management cycle of OBU, ensuring timely performance reviews and goal settin
  • g.Oversee employee communication initiatives to enhance engagement and align employees with company objective
  • s.Coordinate internal and external audits related to HR matters, such as ISO and RBA complianc
  • e.Support OBU manpower budgeting proces
