Human Resources Manager - Engineering / Industrial
Location - Pengerang, Malaysia
Position Overview
The HR Manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for the Company's operations in Johor. This role will support both corporate and site-based workforce operations, partnering closely with management teams to drive workforce performance, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting manpower planning, industrial relations, recruitment, talent development, employee relations, HR operations, and workforce compliance within a fast-paced engineering and industrial environment.
The role requires a hands-on HR professional with experience supporting operational and project-based workforces, including technical, site, and blue-collar employees.
