Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Shah Alam. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals. The role includes managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing and leading training initiatives, and fostering a positive work culture to support team growth and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR fundamentals, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Experience in designing and managing compensation, benefits programs, and organizational policies
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Capability in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and contribute to innovative HR solutions
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus
