Job Description

Job Summary

Manage overall HR functions for the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, to support smooth operations and workforce productivity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding for plant employees
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR administration
  • Support training and development programs
  • Promote workplace safety and employee engagement

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or any discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within HR.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP, and HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HR/labor legislation and the ability to apply policies in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) with good command of English and local language(s). (Chinese speaking candidates are preferred)
