Job Summary
Manage overall HR functions for the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, to support smooth operations and workforce productivity.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding for plant employees
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR administration
- Support training and development programs
- Promote workplace safety and employee engagement
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within HR.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP, and HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR/labor legislation and the ability to apply policies in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) with good command of English and local language(s). (Chinese speaking candidates are preferred)
