The Role:
As the HR Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant, supporting rapid scaling and daily HR management.
- Drive performance management and large-scale recruitment as core priorities, with employee relations as a key add-on.
- Build systems and processes to support growth from 500 and potential scaling to several thousand employees.
Who You Are:
- 10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, with stability and progression in your career.
- A background in manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in performance management, industrial/employee relations and/or volume recruitment.
- Fluent in Mandarin (required for communication with senior leadership).
- Bachelor's degree as your first qualification.
- Resilient, proactive, and thrives in a high-growth, high-intensity setting.
