The Human Resources Manager oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, and compliance. The role drives HR strategies, supports business growth, builds a positive company culture, and leads employee development initiatives while also managing the administration department and supporting new store openings.
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition.
- Lead manpower planning, staff training, and all HR-related matters.
- Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive company culture that enhances employee engagement and retention.
- Guide KPI development and manage performance evaluation processes.
- Plan and execute staff development, improvement initiatives, and succession planning.
- Review, update, and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks in line with current legislation and best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll processes for all company employees.
- Oversee the administration department and its related operational functions.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs in customer service, operations, safety, and leadership.
- Support new store openings by managing HR and training requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness and track employee development progress.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problemsolving, and people management skills.
- Must be willing to work in Klang, Selangor (nearby Setia Alam).
