Senior Manager – Human Resources

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage the complete HR function for our Hyderabad and Bhogapuram offices. The role will oversee HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compliance, and employee engagement while partnering with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for business leaders.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle management, attendance, leave, documentation, and HRIS.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Manage performance management, appraisals, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and succession planning.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

Experience

• 10–15 years of comprehensive HR experience.

• Experience across HRBP, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Compliance.

• Multi-location HR management experience preferred.

• Team leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
