Assist the Senior HR Manager in overseeing all HR operations, directly managing and guiding the existing team to allocate tasks effectively and improve overall team delivery efficiency (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, learning & development, and HR administration)
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job scoping, mass hiring initiatives, interview coordination, hiring decisions, and orientation programmes, while maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with full ownership of documentation, compliance, clearance procedures, and timely updates of all relevant trackers and records
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes.
Manage employee inquiries and labor disputes, fostering a positive and healthy team atmosphere to boost employee satisfaction
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, group insurance, statutory contributions, and hostel management for employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring HR practices support organisational growth and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices, keeping policies, SOPs, and procedures up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Manage training & development efforts for staffs by identifying training needs, overseeing training programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives and successful outcomes.
Provide coaching and support to branch managers on performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions
Collaborate with business units through regular meetings to align HR strategies with business goals and provide tailored HR guidance.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or any related discipline from a reputable university.
Minimum 8-10 years experience in HR, with managerial experience
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with branch managers nationwide
Strong proficiency in English, with effective verbal and written communication skills (ability to speak in Mandarin / Chinese dialect is an added advantage to communicate with stakeholders)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong planning, analytical, and execution capabilities with good business acumen to support organizational growth.
Able to travel outstation from time to time, according to business needs
