Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for Kelington Technologies Sdn Bhd, supporting business growth, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development;
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires;
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and keep abreast of regulatory updates;
- Lead or participate in HR projects, including digitalization initiatives and process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency;
- Lead and coordinate performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion;
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture;
- Provide HR advisory and support to employees and management on HR-related matters;
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory capacity;
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices;
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR functions independently;
- Good interpersonal, communication, and management skills;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
