Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end HR functions for arcade frontline staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
  • Supervise and support outlet supervisors in staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies
  • Collaborate with arcade operations to address manpower needs, absenteeism, and staffing issues during peak hours
  • Monitor and improve staff morale, retention, and engagement
  • Conduct regular staff check-ins and on-site HR audits
  • Handle payroll submissions, attendance records, and leave management
  • Coordinate HR-related reports for management review
  • Implement and refine HR SOPs specific to arcade operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in managing retail or F&B frontline staff
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, shift work, and manpower planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin or other local dialects is an advantage)
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiar with local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., time attendance software)
  • Must be comfortable working from the arcade premises and engaging daily with operations staff

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in amusement, arcade, F&B chains, or other entertainment industries
  • Ability to manage HR functions across multiple outlets or teams
