Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources position located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves developing, maintaining, and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the company's commitment to sustainability and excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws, overseeing personnel management, and facilitating effective communication between teams and management. Collaboration with all departments to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources, including HR Management and HR Policies.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and expertise in implementing and managing benefit programs.
  • Proven experience in Personnel Management and ensuring compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices or experience in ESG-related initiatives is an advantage.
