YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Core (Daily BAU / high impact):
HR Generalist & Business Partnering Support
- Provide end-to-end HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding
- Act as a trusted HR business partner to stakeholders, offering timely HR advice and solutions aligned to business objectives
HR Projects & Regional Collaboration
- Support and participate in HR projects in collaboration with regional HR teams
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements
- Contribute to cross-functional and regional HR activities
Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs across the organisation through stakeholder engagement
- Develop and implement training plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage training enrolments and coordinate learning programmes
- Track and monitor training effectiveness and participation
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Generate value-added HR reports and dashboards
- Analyse HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Supporting / Ad hoc commitments (as required):
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tertiary institutions (Universities, Polytechnics, and ITEs) to support internship programmes and long-term talent pipelines
- Coordinate and represent the organisation at career fairs, campus events, and on-site engagement activities
- Develop partnerships with industry bodies (e.g. SCI, IBF) to support talent development initiatives and branding opportunities
- Support and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company's presence as an employer of choice
Workday (HR Systems) Management
- Perform data entry and maintenance of accurate employee records within Workday
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies and processes
- Support system enhancements, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist in improving HR system processes and user experience
Employee Communications
- Support the development and execution of internal HR communications to enhance employee engagement
- Draft and disseminate HR communications, including policy updates, announcements, and employee initiatives
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Enjoys working with people and building relationships with people
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 2–6 years of HR generalist experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Proven experience in employer branding, campus engagement, or talent pipeline initiatives is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Meticulous and mindful of deadlines
