Job Title: Senior Executive, People & Talent

We are seeking a Senior Executive, People & Talent to play a key role in shaping our workforce and workplace culture. This position is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, talent management initiatives, and compensation & benefits programs, while ensuring compliance with the Employment Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, succession planning, and dispute resolution.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and maintain HR compliance and documentation.
Requirements:
- 46 years of HR experience in recruitment, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Preferred:
- Experience in both recruitment agency and in-house HR.
- Exposure to HRIS / ATS systems and HR analytics.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI).
- Experience in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
