We are actively hiring for various roles as part of our expansion plan and are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our company.

As the sole HR personnel, you will have the crucial responsibility of overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. Your role will encompass developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that are in line with our company's goals and values. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with all departments to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations and Performance Management:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and support.
  • Advise and assist managers in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
  • Implement employee recognition and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

3. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness within the industry.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and stay updated on market trends to recommend appropriate compensation structures.

4. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives within the organization.

5. HR Administration and Records:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

6. Ad-hoc HR-related tasks

What are the requirements to apply

  • Proven experience as a HR executive, preferably in a modern and dynamic environment, with a comprehensive understanding of all HR functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR software.

Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm)
