Job title: HR & Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the normal operation of the Malaysia office and solve daily work-related issues timely.
  • Handle daily admin tasks, including office supplies management, meeting arrangement and staff admin requests.
  • Organize internal team activities (e.g., team building, company festivals).
  • Provide basic HR support: track staff attendance, assist with offline onboarding, transfer and resignation procedures.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Admin, HR or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (Office Operation/Admin/HR Support) is a plus; fresh graduates with initiative are also welcome.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is a plus; proficiency in Chinese is an additional plus (for coordination with international team).
  • Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); detail-oriented, with good time management and communication skills.
