What You'll Do:
As the HR Team Lead, you will guide and support a team dedicated to delivering highquality HR services while meeting established SLAs. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering team development, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Support the knowledge transfer of processes/ business and acquire indepth functional expertise as needed.
- Participate in internal and crossfunctional initiatives focused on policy enhancements and process improvements.
- Ensure all tickets and service requests assigned to the team are processed and resolved within agreed SLA timelines.
- Lead daily huddles and monthly team meetings to promote clear communication, alignment, and engagement.
- Identify, drive, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Serve as the team's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Personal Data Administration, Time & Attendance, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Oversee the timely and accurate maintenance of User Guides, including reviewing and providing signoff on updates submitted by team members.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of handson experience in delivering HR processes and services.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, coach, and empower team members to grow and excel.
- Familiarity with SAP HR systems; experience in a shared services environment is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
