Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        To manage day-to-day functions of HR Department

·        To assist GHRA Manager preparing, checking full salary report, payroll for all staffs, salary estimation report for finance department;

·        Responsible for monthly payment contribution for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Zakat & HRD Corp;

·        Responsible for any issue related to statutory bodies;

·        Monitor & checking all employee records.

·        Monitor, advise & checking all staff training activities.

·        To handle and responsible for end-to-end payroll process on-time and accurate for all company under Kudrat Group of Companies & drivers incentive;

·        Responsible for maintaining all employee records in HRMS system;

·        Responsible for all staff performance management;

·        Responsible for ISO documentation for GHRA Department;

·        Responsible for staff benefits (Medical, Insurance, Festive Gift & Others)

·        Responsible for staff's EA form & company E-Form submission;

·        Responsible on recruitment and onboarding process;

. Monitor and manage all benefits given to the employees as part of their employment with the company including medical insurance, personal accident insurance, staff welfare etc. 

·        Assisting GHRA Manager on staff disciplinary action & Domestics Enquiry;

·        Assisting in preparing any correspondence letter for staffs;

·        Performs all other related duties as assigned by GHRA Manager from time to time.                                                                                                                                                  i. 

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

. Computer literate & Strong knowledge of any HRIS systems and payroll software

·        Able to meet dateline & working under pressure

·        Must able to work independently

·        Can communicate effectively with staff from all level.

·        Must have knowledge in Labour Law, Industrial Law & Employment Act 1955 in Malaysia

·        Leadership & Project Management Skills

·        Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa

·        Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Admin or any equivalent

·        Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
