HVAC BIM Modeler Engineer / Manager

Our team at Shinsung E&G Malaysia is seeking an experienced HVAC BIM Modeler Engineer / Manager for a large-scale Data Centre project in Puncak Alam, Selangor. The monthly salary range for this role is RM 7,000 to RM 20,000, depending on qualification levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle detailed HVAC BIM coordination layouts, manage model variations, and troubleshoot design conflicts.

• Deliver high-fidelity modeling and extractions to reflect real-time on-site installation progress.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum baseline of 5+ years of dedicated working experience in HVAC systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Strong experience handling engineering design and delivering BIM drawings at a Level of Development LOD 500 standard is mandatory.

Highly preferred but not required:

• Prior working experience on Data Centre projects.

• Mandarin speakers to communicate with our major Chinese clients & subcontractors.
