HVAC Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• 暖通施工方案设计与实施 / HVAC Construction Scheme Design & Implementation
• 1.编制暖通施工图纸及技术交底文件
• Prepare HVAC construction drawings and technical briefing documents.
• 2.优化风管系统布局及设备选型;
• Optimize ducting system layouts and equipment selection .
• 3.制定施工进度计划并监督执行。
• Develop construction schedules and supervise execution.
• 施工现场管理 / Construction Site Management
• 1.监督空调主机、风管安装质量及安全规范执行;
• Supervise the installation quality of chillers and ducting systems, as well as compliance with safety regulations.
• 2.协调解决施工技术冲突;
• Coordinate and resolve technical conflicts during construction.
• 3.审核施工变更及签证文件。
• Review construction variation orders and site instruction documents.
• 项目验收与资料管理 / Project Acceptance & Documentation Management
• 1.组织系统调试、风量平衡测试及竣工验收;
• Organize system commissioning, air balancing tests, and final project acceptance.
• 2.编制竣工图纸及移交文档。
• Prepare as-built drawings and handover documents.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in majors such as HVAC, building environment and energy application engineering, etc.
• More than 1 year of experience in industrial or commercial HVAC construction management, with participation in or leadership of large-scale HVAC projects such as clean-rooms and data center.
• Proficient in HVAC construction drawing design, ducting system installation standards, and acceptance standards.
• Familiar with construction processes for air-conditioning chillers, terminal equipment, and energy-saving technologies.
• Knowledgeable in construction safety regulations and green building standards.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.(Need liaise with the Chinese Contractor and Colleagues)
• Capable of preparing construction progress schedules, quantity take-offs, and variation management.
• Familiar with duct material selection, concealed works inspection and acceptance, as well as construction cost control.
