Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of HVAC systems in a large-scale industrial facility. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring the reliable and efficient performance of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of HVAC systems in a large manufacturing site environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system abnormalities efficiently on-site.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC-related equipment, including air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, dehumidifiers, and dust collection systems.
- Ensure all systems meet operational, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to support integrated electromechanical system functions.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work, system performance, and issue resolutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance in an industrial or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system principles, processes, and equipment.
- Proven hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with supporting equipment such as air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, dehumidifiers, and dust collection systems.
- Solid understanding of electromechanical systems.
- Ability to work under pressure with flexibility for overtime when required.
