Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze service metrics and prepare reports for management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs from the sales process to post-sales service.
• Prepare regular reports on customer service performance, highlighting key areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure the service team is meeting goals and standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal teams regarding customer needs and service expectations.
• Work with the sales team to resolve any issues that could affect long-term customer loyalty.
• Other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical) preferred.
• Min 5 years of experience in management role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in the industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese will be highly preferred, due to the company's clientele.
