Key Responsibilities :

Need designs, installs, and maintains hydraulic systems and gear mechanisms used in machinery like injection molders and extruders. They optimize hydraulic circuits, troubleshoot fluid-power components (pumps, valves, cylinders), and design gear systems to improve production efficiency, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

Design hydraulic circuits and plastic gear mechanisms using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX).

System Optimization:

Analyze system data and optimize hydraulic circuits to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.

Installation & Maintenance:

Supervise installation, alignment, and commissioning of hydraulic pumps, motors, and gearbox systems.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair hydraulic faults, such as leaks, pressure issues, or contaminated fluid.

Material Selection:

Choose appropriate materials and technologies for plastic gear design, considering loading and fatigue.

Documentation:

Prepare technical documentation, bills of materials (BOM), and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Must possess minimum Bachelor's or Equivalent

* Minimum 2-5 years related experience
