Job Title: IAM Business Analyst (with AI Experience)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Act as Business Analyst for IAM and AI-related initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver secure solutions.
• Conduct IAM governance, control validation, and contribute to security architecture reviews.
• Assess and analyze data access patterns in AI/ML environments (e.g. Copilot, generative AI platforms).
• Work with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Entra ID, OneVault, HashiCorp to design secure access solutions.
• Apply knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, JWT, OIDC) in solution design.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Translate regulatory requirements (GDPR, MAS, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2) into actionable IAM and AI security controls.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM governance, control validation, or security architecture.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms and solid understanding of AI-related data access/security models.
• Hands-on familiarity with IAM tools (SailPoint, Entra ID, OneVault, HashiCorp).
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, JWT, OIDC).
• Knowledge of API principles and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, MAS, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• English fluency is mandatory.
