IAM Engineer (Sailpoint/Entra ID/CyberArk/NetIQ)

• Work with customers and partners to assess identity security needs and gather business and technical requirements.
• Present and demonstrate IAM solutions clearly, showing their value through whiteboarding, presentations, and POCs.
• Build and manage IAM solutions using platforms such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and NetIQ to meet security and compliance needs.
• Continuously improve skills through training and certifications, and support team development as a Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Security, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in IAM consulting or implementation.
• Skilled in implementing and managing identity access systems using tools like SailPoint, Entra ID, CyberArk, or NetIQ to enhance security and compliance.
• Strong understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and directory services like Active Directory.
• Proficient in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Java.
