About the role:

PAM (CyberArk)

PAM Administration & Configuration: Manage and configure PAM components (e.g., Password Vault, Session Manager) and ensure proper integration and workload management across systems & BAU.

Session Management: Monitor privileged sessions, enabling secure access and ensuring compliance via session recording.

Access & Group Management: Create/manage user groups, conduct onboarding, and perform periodic access reviews based on least privilege principles.

Patching & Vulnerability Remediation: Oversee patching, vulnerability management, and ensure updates align with security policies.

Health & Performance Monitoring: Ensure PAM system availability, performance, and license management.

IAM Management: Administer IAM systems (e.g., SSO), conduct user onboarding, and ensure compliance through access reviews.

Audit & Compliance: Maintain audit trails, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).

Access Control: Implement RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP) for both privileged and non-privileged users.

Incident Response: Detect, respond, and work with security teams to manage incidents involving privileged access misuse.

IDAM (SailPoint)

IAM Management: Administer IAM systems (e.g., ,SAML,AUTH,SSO), conduct user onboarding, Application Onboarding and troubleshooting ,and ensure compliance through access reviews. & BAU

Audit & Compliance: Maintain audit trails, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).

Access Control: Implement RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP) for both privileged and non-privileged users.
