What You'll Do

The role is responsible in leading the Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) cycle, by bringing different functions together to ensure initiatives are executed on time, in full, and at the highest quality. This role needs to manage all IAP Stakeholders, provide guidance on routines and processes and ensure these processes are adhered to.

  • Oversee the official activity calendar by working with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to prepare quarterly or monthly presentations, prioritizing key initiatives based on company goals and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all initiatives follow a clear process with checkpoints to ensure quality and timeliness at each stage.
  • Responsible for process improvement by identifying business opportunities and potential risk.
  • Responsible for organizing and tracking pending submissions from stakeholders by consolidating data and delivering regular reports to keep everyone in check and the IAP calendar in order.
  • Develop and coordinate the messaging for the cascade process of initiative and activity post IAP alignment with all stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing operation, brand activation and campaign planning experience within FMCG industries.
  • Good understanding of local FMCG trade environment, shoppers and consumers.
  • Strong customer collaboration skills. Team player and able to work with different level of people.
  • Ability to strategically analyze needs, opportunities and risks of the business.
  • Ability to develop, implement strategies and plans.
  • Independently manage consumer and trade promotions and activities development, planning, organizing, execution, and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work cooperatively with different functions and departments.
