ICT Consultant and Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1.Create & manage ICT project plans including planning, the scope of work, implementation, cost, risk management and UAT, delivery to the customer

;2.Conduct project and service transition activities using organizational practices guidelines & established processes

3.Track project schedule, scope and resources utilization, performance and achievement of project objective

4.Establish communication plan between customers, engineers and manageme

nt;
5.Track actual cost & schedule against baseline budget and p

lan;
6.Provide periodic/regular and accurate updates and maintain effective communication channels with respective stakehol

ders;
7.Manage issues & risks, lead process of issue identification and resolution to ensure smooth transition of project del

ivery;
8.Manage and engage in ICT-related technical discussion with 3rd party vendors/partners for the delivery and installation of ha

rdware;
9.Lead the team of transition managers and handling escalations from transition managers relating their

project;
10.Work closely with the delivery and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition into operations for ongoing BAU ma

nagement;
11.Responsible for integrating company internal and external resources for the Asia Pacific region and China mainland on ICT project imple

mentation.

equirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies / Electrical Engineering /Telecommunications o

r equivalent;2.At least 3 years of working experience within pre-sales technical support and project implementation in system integration

or telecoms;
3.Sound knowledge in LAN, WAN networking technology, computer technology, vendor network equipment, and

IT equipment;
4.PMP certification, SCRUM Master certification, or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication and prese

ntation skills;
5.Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills of both English and Chinese with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaki

ng stakeholders;
6.Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organized and

positive attitude
