To undertake the various stages of research and development of voice products for retail and enterprise markets.
To participate in pre-sales and consultation duties to assist sales team
To develop product concept proposals, business cases, formulate product requirement specifications
Work Life:
Managing the data center product management of AIMS Data Centers that operating across in the ASEAN Region such as Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
To run and execute the product blueprint, road map, development and solution around Data Centre pricing review and retirement of products as and when required.
To develop new organizational processes to ensure timely and accurate product development and review.
Assist to maintain a product library, regularly keep up-to-date product developments and reviews of internal customers and products inputs gathered from external business partners and end consumers are captured and considered in our processes.
To performance in overall product positioning, pricing and promotion.
Internal department dealings with Segment, Product Development, Engineering, Customer Service, Service Delivery and Marketing.
External dealings with business partners, vendors and strategic partners or customers.
Support Pre-sales for hosted products and related services.
Requirements:
Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree in IT disciplines preferably related to networking/telephony
Experience
Minimum of 2 years working experience in relevant industry
Tech/pre-sales on voip/pabx/network solutioning experience will be highly advantageous
Competencies
Have good people skills, good inductive reasoning aptitude with a wide breadth of knowledge in latest enterprise/retail voice solutions.
Participated in pre-sales activities, adept in presentations
An ability to continually research to improve/improvise on existing products and components.
A good team player with an ability to multitask under minimum supervision
Basic Project Management knowledge is an added advantage
