Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (WFO, 5 Days)

Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the iH2 ID Admin operations & raising any potential concerns to the Reporting Manager before they become issues.

o Major Platform: Windows, Unix, Mainframe & AS400, DatabaseManaging business application, security administration, Security Administrator
o One Identity is just the tool for requests
o Manager to subscribe with the correct role and enablement based on the roleIT admin will enable on manual activation
o Access is only for Prod, UAT and MockRun environmentsto also cover RDR
o 1 team supporting OS, 1 team supporting business application
Conduct periodic checks to ensure that Access Matrices & Limit Memos referred to by the team are up-to-date.
Responsible for the overall productivity and performance of the team in providing quality services to users.
Responsible for coaching, supervising, appraising, and monitoring the performance of the team.
Responsible for the team's capacity planning and addressing training needs as appropriate.
Responsible for the team's KPIs, periodic risk and control assessments, and corrective actions.
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date BCP requirements.
Work with the Reporting Manager to ensure SOP & administrative procedures/guidelines are kept up-to-date.
Take on projects/assignments as & when required.

Requirements
Academic background: Degree holder.
No. of years of related experience: 79 years
Skillsets: Preferred a combination of qualifications & at least 3-5 years of experience in an ID administrative role with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to plan & manage a team and oversee the day-to-day operations.
Responsible for day-to-day running of the iH2 ID Admin operations & supervision of staff members.
Raise potential concerns to Reporting Manager before they become issues.
