Role: iH2-ID Admin Ops Team Leader

Job Description
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the iH2 ID Admin operations & raising any potential concerns to the Reporting Manager before they become issues.
o Major Platform: Windows, Unix, Mainframe & AS400, Database—Managing business application, security administration, Security Administrator
o One Identity is just the tool for requests—
o Manager to subscribe with the correct role and enablement based on the role—IT admin will enable on manual activation
o Access is only for Prod, UAT and MockRun environments—to also cover RDR
o 1 team supporting OS, 1 team supporting business application
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure that Access Matrices & Limit Memos referred to by the team are up-to-date.
• Responsible for the overall productivity and performance of the team in providing quality services to users.
• Responsible for coaching, supervising, appraising, and monitoring the performance of the team.
• Responsible for the team's capacity planning and addressing training needs as appropriate.
• Responsible for the team's KPIs, periodic risk and control assessments, and corrective actions.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date BCP requirements.
• Work with the Reporting Manager to ensure SOP & administrative procedures/guidelines are kept up-to-date.
• Take on projects/assignments as & when required.
Requirements
• Academic background: Degree holder.
• No. of years of related experience: 7–9 years
• Skillsets: Preferred a combination of qualifications & at least 3-5 years of experience in an ID administrative role with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to plan & manage a team and oversee the day-to-day operations.
