ID Admin Ops Support

Responsible for managing user identity lifecycle activities including user creation, modification, and deactivation across enterprise systems. Supports Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDM) operations by handling access requests, role assignments, and permission updates in compliance with security policies.

Ensures timely resolution of access-related incidents, supports audit and compliance requirements, and maintains accurate user account records. Works closely with IT security, application teams, and business users to ensure proper access governance and adherence to least privilege principles.

Key skills include IAM tools, Active Directory, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), strong attention to detail, and understanding of security and compliance controls.
