Job Title: Junior IDM Support Analyst (Application Maintenance / Production Support)

Role Overview
We are looking for an IDM Support Analyst to provide application maintenance and production support within the Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDM) space. The role focuses on user access governance, audit support, and security administration across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform offline reviews of administrative activity audit logs to ensure alignment with authorized requests
- Conduct monthly reconciliation (VLOOKUP analysis) of system user IDs against active LAN IDs to identify:
- Leavers
- Duplicate IDs
- Any anomalies
- Support user access reviews and recertification (semi-annual and annual)
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of revocations within 5 working days
- Maintain and update trackers for manual access requests processed outside of OneIdentity
- Provide support for service level reporting and monthly dashboards
- Assist in audit requirements and RFI deliverables
- Support KRCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) and BCM (Business Continuity Management) testing activities
- Take ownership of assigned tasks/projects as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Application Support / IAM / IDM / IT Operations
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data reconciliation, reporting)
- Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts
- Familiarity with audit, compliance, and security processes is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Technical Environment
- Platforms: Windows, Unix, Mainframe, AS400
- Database exposure and enterprise application environments
- Tools: OneIdentity (preferred), MS Excel, reporting tools
