About the Business
Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with algorithm engineers to prepare high-quality datasets for machine learning modeling, including: Data cleaning / Feature engineering / Parameter tuning / Assisting in model deployment
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support UA and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights using tools like Tableau.
- Work with large-scale datasets and ensure data integrity and quality throughout the entire data lifecycle.
- Translate business questions into data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimize data workflows and analytical processes to enhance model performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data-related roles (preferably in marketing or user acquisition fields).
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and processing.
- Solid experience with Python or R for data analysis and preprocessing.
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as
- Tableau (required) or Power BI
- Understanding of machine learning concepts, especially feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Strong communication skills; able to work effectively with algorithm engineers, marketers, and product managers.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience supporting user acquisition, digital marketing, or gaming industry projects.
- Hands-on experience in model deployment and A/B testing analysis.
