We are looking for a Machine Learning Platform Engineer to work closely with our AI and gaming technology teams to design, build, and scale a robust platform for machine learning model training and online inference services. You will help develop MLOps processes that integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our gaming products, improving automation, scalability, and reliability across ML workflows.

You will be part of an agile team that values innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the architecture design and software development of the AI platform.
• Implement and optimize MLOps workflows to support production-grade AI services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless ML solutions from data ingestion to deployment.
• Build and maintain backend services, including debugging, performance tuning, and improving service reliability.
• Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to enhance platform performance and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of working experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning projects, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive learning attitude.
• Familiarity with backend fundamentals such as networking basics, databases, APIs, and common system components.
• Experience in building or maintaining backend services, with exposure to debugging, performance optimization, or reliability improvement.
• Enthusiasm for exploring and adopting new, relevant technologies.
