Responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Machine Learning Platform Engineer to work closely with our AI and gaming technology teams to design, build, and scale a robust platform for machine learning model training and online inference services. You will help develop MLOps processes that integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our gaming products, improving automation, scalability, and reliability across ML workflows. You will be part of an agile team that values innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end machine learning projects, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
• Demonstrated interest in exploring, evaluating, and adopting new technologies related to machine learning platforms and backend systems.
• Solid understanding of backend system fundamentals, including networking concepts, databases, APIs, and common service components.
• Practical experience in building or maintaining backend services, with exposure to troubleshooting production issues, performance tuning, and enhancing system reliability and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architecture design and development of the AI platform.
• Implement and optimize MLOps workflows to support scalable, production-grade AI services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions, from data ingestion to deployment.
• Develop and maintain backend services, including debugging, performance optimization, and improving system reliability.
• Conduct research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to enhance platform performance and capabilities.
