Business Unit Introduction - IEGG
Interactive Entertainment Group Global (IEGG) is responsible for the Global R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Open to fresh graduates, though candidates with 1+ year of experience in backend development, data applications, or AI integration are preferred.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in Golang (preferred), with experience in Python, Java, or C++ as a plus.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Gin, Flask, or similar.
- Solid understanding of MySQL and database fundamentals; experience in writing optimized queries
- Exposure to AI coding, ML pipeline integration, or AI-based backend services is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin for daily collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for learning new technologies.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs or microservices.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the data application and analytics teams to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services for data-driven applications.
- Build, optimize, and maintain efficient data processing pipelines to support AI/ML models, analytics, and reporting needs.
- Ensure backend services are scalable, reliable, and maintainable with high performance.
- Participate in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Write clean, efficient, and hands-on code with strong emphasis on best practices and software quality.
