Business Unit Introduction - Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG)
Responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites and web applications for both PC and mobile platforms.
- Implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs with high quality and performance standards.
- Follow web standards and best practices to ensure accessibility, usability, and optimal performance of web applications.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure accurate and efficient data integration and API communication.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility across all applications.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical selection, system architecture design, and code reviews.
- Continuously learn and adopt the latest frontend technologies and tools to enhance technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficient in HTML and CSS with strong understanding of web markup and semantic structure.
- Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript and React.js.
- Strong knowledge of ES6 and ES7 features.
- Familiar with frontend build tools such as Webpack and Gulp, and version control tools such as Git.
- Ability to write high-performance and optimized code to ensure efficient page rendering and user experience.
- Good understanding of HTTP protocol and browser working principles.
- Knowledge of web standards, web security, and web accessibility principles.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of user experience (UX), interaction design, and usability principles.
- Familiar with responsive design and mobile web development.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin in a daily working environment.
