IIT Engineer / Senior IIT Engineer (HQ)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to medical imaging equipment and healthcare IT systems.
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and upgrading of medical imaging solutions and related systems.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance checks to ensure smooth system operation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on system usage, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance checklists.
• Work closely with principals and internal teams to resolve technical issues when required.
• Support training and provide technical guidance to customers and junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in medical imaging systems, PACS, RIS, or healthcare IT solutions is an advantage.
• MUST possess own car transport.
• Willing to travel within state/ outstation and overseas.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
• Good technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive self–starter with initiative and capable of working independently.
• Team player with good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
