Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Mandarin Speaker - Immediate Hiring) – Malaysia
Role Overview: We are looking for a professional Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the primary point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Mandarin and English.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining accurate interaction records.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of service and positive customer sentiment.
Requirements:
- Language: Fluency in Mandarin & English (spoken & written) is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service, Call Centers, or BPO is a plus. Candidates with 6 months of experience and strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.
