Hiring Alert – Oracle HCM Technical Consultant | Bangalore

We are looking for experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultants with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and implementation projects.

Location: Bangalore (WFO) no remote

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage data migration and conversion activities

Create reports and analytics using OTBI, BIP, and HCM Extracts

Design Fast Formulas and Process Flows

Handle Oracle HCM personalization and integration issues

Work closely with functional and technical teams

Participate in client discussions and implementation activities

Mandatory:

Minimum 3 End-to-End Oracle HCM Implementations

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Ability to work independently
